Tidbits
Because putting you in a new home is a fundamentally personal job, it's important that I get to know you and your needs. In turn, your trust in me must develop from a familiarity that goes beyond what you can learn from a resume.
To start, here are a few things about me you might not otherwise guess.
What makes me tick-
Besides real estate, I have extensive experience in television programming, retail sales and management, property management, home improvement, and Chinese language education. Working closely with my clients has always been important to me.
I'm greatly interested in the arts, especially music, and like to travel. I enjoy keeping healthy and eating well. And I believe strongly in the values of learning and personal growth. (My kids love that)
Speaking of which, I have two children with my wife, Joyce, who teaches Chinese and assists me in my real estate work. Maybe you'll get to meet her.
Been there-
I've lived in Taipei and Pensacola, but since 1984 I've been a steady resident of the East Bay. My time living in Lafayette, El Cerrito, Albany, Berkeley and Richmond serves me well in advising clients about various local neighborhoods.
My travels have brought me through most of the fifty United States, as well as Switzerland, England, Holland, France, Cananda, Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Malaysia, Thailand, China and Hong Kong. If I'm raising my family in the East Bay after all that scouting, chances are you're looking for a home in the right place.
Bonus trivia-
I once spent two years traveling with an international musical production called Song of Asia, spreading a message of positive change.
Now I channel that desire for progress into my real estate work (albeit with less singing).
